What data do I need to get started?
For Foundation, you need 9 metrics you're already tracking โ even if it's just in a spreadsheet. Revenue, cash collected, and expenses are the baseline. The other 9 can be as simple as number of calls made, close rate, and jobs completed. Jason helps you identify the right ones in the setup session.
How is this different from a Power BI dashboard?
A dashboard shows you what happened. A scoreboard tells you whether you're winning or losing โ and what to do next. Every KPI has a target, a direction, and a decision attached to it. The AI recommendation engine and playbook screens turn data into action, not just reports.
Do I need technical skills to use it?
No. The scoreboard runs in a browser โ no installation, no software, no IT team. The review session takes 30 minutes and follows a structured format. Jason trains you and your team in the onboarding session.
What's included in the 90-day support for Complete?
Direct email access to Jason, same-day response for urgent issues, monthly check-in calls, and any adjustments to KPIs, targets, or screen configuration as you learn what matters most in your first season.
Can I start with Foundation and upgrade later?
Yes. The Foundation build is designed to grow. If you want to add integrations or team training later, the setup fee is credited against the Complete price. Nothing is wasted.
